Whether you’re just at the early planning stage or already preparing a funding application, this free Community Buildings Event will help you understand what funders are looking for and how to strengthen your project before applying for capital funding.
Join ACT’s Community Buildings team together with guest speakers who will provide practical advice and guidance on developing successful projects, preparing evidence, identifying suitable funding opportunities and avoiding common mistakes.
The session will include:
• Preparing your project before seeking funding.
• Understanding what capital funders want to see.
• Developing realistic project plans and budgets.
• Identifying available funding opportunities.
• Questions and discussion with experienced advisers.
This free event is open to anyone involved with a village hall or community building in Cumbria.
